KNDU/NBC TV “Living Well” Show: Dr. Lawenda Discusses Colorectal Cancer Care (August 12, 2017)
In most cases, patients with colorectal cancer have time to gather information about their condition (workup, staging, treatment, surveillance.) In this video segment, I discuss the basics of how to approach a new diagnosis of colorectal cancer. I explained how we come up with treatment plans and what to do if/when a cancer is recurrent or metastatic. I also address integrative oncology, as it pertains to colorectal cancer prevention and care.
